Drop me a message and set the ball rolling. We’ll have a chat about your plans and decide how I can best support you if you’d like to move forward.

Your consultation 

Book your consultation, where we’ll talk all about your dream holiday and I’ll start building a picture of exactly what you’re looking for.

 The planning begins! 

I’ll dive into the research and start putting together personalised suggestions for attractions, experiences, dining and park strategies based on your plans and priorities.

Building your itinerary 

Working closely with you, I’ll build your itinerary around your preferences. I’ll also keep an eye on crowd calendars, park updates and the latest information to help streamline your plans and maximise your time in Orlando.

Bookings & deadlines 

I’ll keep track of important milestones, including dining reservations and other booking windows. Where agreed, I can handle bookings on your behalf or guide you through making them yourself.

Bringing it all together 

Once your plans and bookings are in place, I’ll update your itinerary and create your fully designed final cheat-sheet poster — everything you need at a glance!
